- ep. 1 Min-ho (Chun Jung-myung) leaves his house because he feels that he only causes emotional pain to his family. He used to work as a bartender at Mi-ri (Kim Min-hee)'s caf?, and he continues to only love her. Mi-ri, however, has fallen in love with Ho-chul (

- ep.5 Min-ho discusses issues between him and Soo-hee with his brother, Min-jae. Ji-an is rejected by Soo-hee, which makes him think things over. After realizing that Min-ho may have feelings for Soo-hee, he decides to confront him and ask.
- ep.6 Min-ho confesses to Soo-hee that he wanted to earnestly see her. Min-ho's mother, Kyung-hae, discovers that Min-ho is aware that he was born as a result of an affair she had in the past.
- ep.7 Ho-chul discovers that Mi-ri is pregnant. Out of rage, he yells at her to get an abortion. Mi-ri is hurt by his attitude. Ho-chul, who is upset and frustrated, goes out and confronts a number of thugs.
- ep.8 Joo-min (Min-ho's father) decides to let Kyung-hae go and agrees to a divorce. Kyung-hae accepts his decision for the two of them to separate. Kyung-hae tells Min-jae about the divorce and apologizes to him. Min-jae, however, remains visibly upset about e

- ep.10 Min-ho visits Ji-an's parents and sees their family pictures. He discovers that the messages that Soo-hee has been getting were from Ji-an. Mi-ri is frustrated after meeting Ji-soo and urges Ho-chul to apply for a marriage license. Ho-chul is upset that M
- ep.11 Although she is sad that things had to end this way, Mi-ri decides to breakup with Ho-chul. After packing his belongings, she calls to tell him to take them away. After discovering that they have broken up, Ji-soo decides to meet Mi-ri.
- ep.12 Joo-min meets Min-ho and gives him the address to his biological father. Min-ho also gets upset at Mi-ri for telling Soo-hee about Ji-an's past. Ji-an meets Soo-hee and apologizes, but Soo-hee only grows more confused.
- ep.13 After ending her relationship with Joo-min, Kyung-hae urges Min-ho to go meet his biological father. Min-ho is confused on what to do in this situation. At the same time, his relationship with Soo-hee sours.
- ep.14 Mi-ja (Mi-young's daughter) tries to think of ways to get her husband out of jail. She decides to visit Suk-joon who is someone from Mi-young's past. Min-ho and Soo-hee decide to move to another island and fantasize about their happy life in a new environ
- ep.15 Mi-ja leaves Suk-joon at Mi-young's house. She calls Suk-joon's parents and demands money. When she goes to pick up the money, she finds police officers there instead. Mi-young is arrested, and after hearing the news, Min-ho sheds tears of sorrow.
- ep.16 Soo-hee tells Min-ho that she will be marrying Ji-an instead. Min-ho says that he can't understand why Soo-hee has to do this. He then visits Mi-young before he leaves.
