Hello God/ep. 1 - 16 Plot Synopsis

- ep. 1 After being swindled of her money by her business partner, Eun-hae heads for Choonchun where the partner's son is supposed to have been seen. However, on the way to Choonchun, the bus Eun-hae is riding is involved in a huge accident.
- ep. 2 Eun-hae stays with Ha-ru who is 20-years-old but has the mental age of a 7-year-old. Ha-ru has a crush on Eun-hae. To become smarter, Ha-ru agrees to be experimented on by genius doctor, Dong-jae.
- ep. 3 Eun-hae is given an unexpected offer by Dong-jae to work for him for $10,000. After the surgery, Ha-ru becomes smart, but strangely, he does not say a word. Then one day, he begins to talk. After, that he disappears.
- ep. 4 Dong-jae is faced with challenges when Eun-hae leaves him in a rush saying her mother is ill. Meanwhile, when Eun-hae gets home, she finds her mother barely breathing. Ha-ru and Dong-jae offer Eun-hae to come back with them to the mansion.
- ep. 5 After kissing Eun-hae, Ha-ru is convinced that he is in love. But Eun-hae refuses to believe in love, and no matter how much Ha-ru tries, she rejects his feelings. Finally, he realizes that Dong-jae would be the perfect man for her and decides to leave he
- ep. 6 Mr. Huh asks Eun-hae to leave both Dong-jae and Ha-ru. She agrees that that would be the best thing to do. Meanwhile, when Ha-ru allows reporters to interview him without Dong-jae's consent, he becomes furious.
- ep. 7 Although Ha-ru wants to leave, Dong-jae insists on him staying with him. Eun-hae realizes that she is only getting in the way of Ha-ru, and agrees to leave him and Dong-jae. Meanwhile, Ha-ru goes to Jang Pil-ku and asks him to help him find ways to outsma
- ep. 8 Han Kang-soo, Ha-ru's father, suddenly shows up out of nowhere and threatens to sue the hospital for doing the surgery on his son without his consent. Kang-soo demands $400,000 if the hospital wants him to drop the charges. Meanwhile, when seeing Dong-jae
- ep. 9 Ha-ru, who is now smarter than most of the doctors, nags and interferes with how they do things, and gets complaints from doctors. Meanwhile, Eun-hae begins to happily date Dong-jae. Finally, how Ha-ru became such a smart person from being mentally disabl
- ep. 10 After the successful conference, Ha-ru becomes a star overnight. With so many new mentally-challenged patients, the hospital becomes extremely famous. Meanwhile, Dong-jae who ignored Eun-hae's plea to see his mother, encounters her in an unexpected place.
- ep. 11 Ha-ru realizes something physically wrong with his body but decides not to tell Eun-hae. Dong-jae cannot accept his failure and finds limits in his own abilities. Realizing that he does not have much time, Ha-ru tries to find ways to pay off Eun-hae's deb
- ep. 12 Ha-ru pays off Eun-hae's debts after a night of gambling. Ha-ru then dabbles in the stock market with interesting results. Eun-hae comes to Seoul and tries frantically to track down Ha-ru.
- ep. 13 Ha-ru gives a house and money to Eun-hae and tells her that they should stop seeing each other. Ha-ru has no choice but to let her go and is faced with enormous sorrow. Ha-ru then goes to Dong-jae and begs him to save him.
- ep. 14 Dong-jae can no longer be a surgeon. Eun-hae discovers that Ha-ru's condition is worsening. Meanwhile, Ha-ru feels guilt and pain after seeing that Dong-jae hurt his hand because of him.
- ep. 15 Ha-ru's condition continues to worsen and he can only rely on help from Eun-hae. Despite this, Eun-hae remains at Ha-ru's side and cares for him. Dong-jae tries to find ways to help Ha-ru from his worsening condition.
- ep. 16 Dong-jae tries his best to save Ha-ru, but he has trouble with his damaged hand. The operation could result in Ha-ru's condition deteriorating even more. Ha-ru decides to get the operation and spends the most magical week with Eun-hae.
