Kang Woo-Ju (Song Joong-Ki) is a former flight instructor who now works as an air traffic controller. He leads a peaceful life on Jeju Island, but his peaceful existence takes an unexpected change when he reunites with his ex-girlfriend An Ha-Nee (Park Ji-Hyun).
An Ha-Nee works as a pilot and, following an unexpected accident, is able to affect change in the weather with her emotions. Kang Woo-Ju picks up on this and can see An Ha-Nee's emotions through the weather. By reconnecting with Kang Woo-Ju, An Ha-Nee confronts the feelings she has long kept buried.
