Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki Staff ©
Matsuri Hoshino (Haru Kuroki) is the daughter of the ruling party's secretary-general and also works for her father as his secretary. She is considered by those around her to be her father's successor and she also holds aspirations to become a politician. One day, a letter from an unknown sender arrives for her father. Inside the letter, a newspaper clipping details the death of a medical school dean from a fall and also has writing that claims "You killed." Matsuri Hoshino secretly investigates her father’s past and she uncovers some secrets. Due to an incident, her father hears of what she is doing and dismisses her as his secretary and also tells her to leave his house.
Matsuri Hoshino ends up losing everything. Then by chance, she meets Akari Tsukioka (Kayo Noro) who runs a small snack bar alone. At that time, the current Tokyo governor resigns due to a scandal and an election is quickly held for his position. Matsuri Hoshino and Akari Tsukioka decide to team up and embark on a campaign to make Akari Tsukioka the governor of Tokyo.
