Some of my favorite shows have been ruined by a screeching or baby voiced lead actress. Even ones who are supposed to be in their late 30s and up are still doing that Korean version of "vocal fry". She can perform & she has a lot of time to prove herself a great actor ... She is pretty in her own way. Her journey has just started. Her shows may be under rated but some of her shows, characters (Rain or Shine, SWNK) will be remembered when the time comes for that. Her career started 5/6 years ago, that’s not a lot of time. It’s really keeps me listening to her when she speaks it’s amazing because I can tell when she’s serious or sad just by her tone and I don’t even speak Korean ? she’s one of those few actress’s that I had to go and find more dramas from after “just between lovers” just to see if her other dramas would be the same and they were and “Melting Me Softly” really was a treat because it was completely different role than her first two dramas. She played a lovely and more mature character in Life, but it's too bad she didn't have much to do there. MMS is controversial for some, but she again showed a different side to her.
