It's the best Korean TV series I have seen to date. Highly recommended. The writer, Seo-Eun Jung, has expressed profound and inspiring insights. An important theme is the importance of love and trust, and the transforming effect they have on a person. Another important theme is how a pure and loving heart eventually wins. The series has dark elements as well as light ones. We see dark and light within most of the major characters, and most of the characters develop as the story unfolds. It's fascinating and skillful how the truth is gradually revealed as the series progresses. It's worth being patient and watching 'til the end. The acting is great. The editing is excellent. The pace is balanced throughout. The soundtrack is good. I don't think it's a spoiler if I share my favourite line from the series: 'People's hearts are deep and magical like the ocean.'
