I was touched by Namkong Min and Jeoyeon Been's acting, they are art. This drama is just so beautiful. The first time I watched it, my conclusion was "wah that was beautiful". It might be sad ending to anyone but for me it had such a beautiful way to end that story. I watched it again today and yeah it never disappoint, I still smiled, felt the love, the sadness, and cried many times but still, it is beautiful. You see, if I were to choose between an action drama or melodrama, I would always choose action drama. But if someone were to ask me a drama recommendation, I would recommend this one. Not just because of how well written this is, but I want many people to watch and know about this drama. This is such an incredible watch, I binged it all in two days. I enjoyed Jeon Yeo-Bin‘s performance so much, as with Miss Hong in Vincenzo (the only other show of hers I’ve seen, but not for long!), she’s not the typical female lead and has created a really special and memorable character in Daeum. The chemistry between the ML and FL was lovely and the whole vibe was a sad but ultimately transformative love story. It’s a delicate topic that is handled beautifully. The 2 leads tell a phenomenal love story. It’s cast perfectly. The side characters add so much to this story. Absolutely worth watching 10/10. I just finished watching it, and although I knew it would have a sad ending, it didn’t stop me from continuing. Every episode hooked me and made me want to keep watching. The male lead (ML) and female lead (FL) were absolutely outstanding. They portrayed their characters so beautifully — truly amazing actors. Their micro-expressions were incredible, making the characters feel so real. The cinematography was perfect, and the soundtrack was deeply moving. The ratings may not be very high, possibly because this isn’t your typical K-drama. From the beginning, we know the story centers around a terminally ill patient, which often implies a sad ending. But for me, the sadness was only a small part of the entire journey. What truly captivated me was the storytelling — from beginning to end, it was meaningful, emotional, and unforgettable. This drama is a masterpiece. The story, the cast, the stunning cinematography, and the music — everything brought the narrative to life. For those who are hesitant to watch because of the ending, I highly recommend giving it a try — at least the first episode. It’s absolutely worth watching. If you have watched this movie to the end. You would agree with me that this movie deserve lots of award, it’s my personal best. Wow such a wonderful screenplay. I knew I was going to be sad at the end of the movie. But damn!!! It was a bitter sweet experience. Something I haven’t felt in years. Such a great exceptional and beautiful masterpiece. I understand how much efforts the directors actors and everyone would have put into this movie to make it so emotionally intruiging. It takes a lot of work. Kudos to you all. Both actors did a marvelous job and portraying their characters and I got the same feelings as when I watched My dearest. A little bit of every emotion. I fear the ratings are low since this aired on Hulu and I just happened to come across it, I didn’t see much promo for it. But worth every hour I sat watching. Highly recommended. I have this soft spot for Korean melodrama and the scene was beautifully done. With the whole scene from black and white room to seeing the sunset and Namkoong Min running to Jeon Yeo Bin I was so impressed. The dialogues on that particular scene so well written. She's just jealous, that's why she's acting out the way she is. She's kind of a villain in the story --- but not a full villain. After all, if she wants to be with him again all she has to do is wait till the tragic death of her opponent occurs - right? Although --- maybe not. Maybe he will be so forever changed by the death that he won't be able to look at any other woman ever again. Personally, I would Love it if a cure could be found and the death could be prevented. Another way to identify an OST on there is to copy and paste the Hangul title for the drama you're interested in on their search engine. Often it doesn't come up if you try the English title but if you use Hangul there it is!
