Shi-Heon (Jin Sun-Kyu) is a former boxer and he won the gold medal at the 1988 Olympics. 10 years later, in 1998, he works as an ordinary high school teacher in Jinhae. He has a stubborn personality where he doesn't care or listen to others. One day, he hears about a student named
Yoon-Woo (Sung Yoo-Bin). Yoon-Woo is an excellent boxer. He competed in a boxing tournament, but, despite his elite boxing skills, lost his fight due to match fixing. Shi-Heon is incensed hearing about what happened to Yoon-Woo. Shi-Heon decides to start a boxing club at the school where he teaches. His wife Il-Sun (Oh Na-Ra) and the school's principal (Ko Chang-Seok) are not happy about his decision, but Shi-Heon gets Yoon-Woo, Hwan-Joo (Jang Dong-Joo) and Bok-An (Kim Min-Ho) to join the boxing club.
