Yoon-Yi (Baek Jin-Hee) works as a secretary and has held her job for the past 5 years. She is loyal and devoted to her work. Yoon-Yi also runs an internet community website for secretaries. One day, her boss's wife mistakenly assumes her husband is having an affair with Yoon-Yi. The scandal spreads throughout her company. Her boss though does not correct the misunderstanding to coverup his own real affair he is having with someone else. Yoon-Yi is placed on a waiting list for a new position and she is devastated.

Meanwhile, Chi-Won (Daniel Choi) is scouted for a managing director position in the Video Business Department at YB Ad. He carries a trauma related to a fire incident when he was young. He is not interested in socializing with other people and he does not a have a secretary. Yoon-Yi is assigned to work as Chi-Won's secretary at YB Ad, but Chi-Won tells her that he does not need her. Yoon-Yi tells him otherwise and that she will work hard for him. One evening, Chi-Won's boss invites him and Yoon-Yi out for dinner. Yoon-Yi gets drunk and Chi-Won takes her home. It turns out the house where she lives is the same house where the traumatic fire incident occurred when Chi-Won was a child. Next to the front door, he sees a flyer looking for a tenant for a second floor room. Chi-Won decides to rent the room to overcome his trauma.

kiara Feb 23 2024 4:54 pm This drama was so so so so good. The only person I didn't like and found so extremely annoying was wang jung ae. Honestly she got on my nerves a LOT especial when she's tryna act young, thinking about just makes me pissed. Asides that, the drama was really really nice and just so good!

Park Min Jun 08 2023 4:13 pm A very bland and uninspiring office romance drama. Absolutely nothing stands out about it, not even the chemistry. The backstories were boring as well. They sprinkled a few side stories at the beginning but only gave attention to the main one while the rest ended up being neglected. Even the main couple's story ended up being underdeveloped. On a side note, it's another drama where they draw parallels with Kim Tae Hee for being the beauty standard. For the past 20-something years, Korean writers are still placing Kim Tae Hee as the benchmark of beauty and I still don't know why.

a .w. Oct 05 2022 6:34 am I love this drama and re watch it regularly and hope it is never removed from Viki. She needs protection and Daniel C. is just the one to provide it. She helps him heal and become vulnerable enough to trust. Also excellent is how his former father in law wisely guides him to become a great humane boss and even encourages his developing relationship . the wife of the womanizer is a force to be reckoned with. she steals her few scenes. the director of ad dept. is hilarious when he takes flying leaps into Daniel chois office door. it is just a wonderful series.

Kdrama fan Aug 23 2021 3:43 am Plot is poor with plotholes, nearly all the supporting cast is annoying to watch (especially FL's female friends) except for the rather-cute 2nd male lead. Lead couple is only the most average here, so guess what?! I dropped the show halfway and feel that I had wasted my time on watching it. It was not very funny to watch as well. If it is funny enough I would maybe endure it and continue with this show. And, an inexperienced housewife who has never work and don't even know how to use a computer properly (even dunno how to print doc etc) can just got in and worked as a higher-up Director's Personal Assistant in a big company of this kind!? you must be kidding me...I thought Korean working culture is very strict? Some hardworking/efficient staff don't even get a proper job/full-time job after slogging at a company, the housewife must be damn blessed with this kind of opportunity.

Kdrama fan Jul 31 2021 12:03 pm Find the lead gal hypocrite and annoying. But did not best to continue with watching it till epi 10. Then I decided to give up. Lots of plothole in this drama. You mean the lead gal can just ask her best friend to impersonate the younger sister and just come to the company to work as the assistant and somemore she doesn't have any working experience and don't even know how to print the documents properly? What I see is that they have very strict working environment (see how the head of the assistants often meet them at the rooftop and was so strict with them), you mean that lady can just anyhow work as an assistant plus using another identity? Don't they check her ID or something? Too lax in their procedure. I also don't agree with how lead gal help to lie to the company about her friend to come to her company to work.

Melissa May 24 2020 11:22 am I have watched probably all korean office romantic comedies (at least of the last decade) and many I found good but Jugglers is my most favorite. What I like is that (as newbee mentioned) it is not overly lovey dovey, not overly dramatic, it is very well balanced, funny and realistic. I like the plot, the acting, the chemistry between the leads. Highly recommend!

The chemistry between them was unreal and it really felt that they were in a serious relationship. Also shout out to In Gyo Jin for his amazing wicked laughes, really did crack me up on several occasions.

Belinda May 16 2019 8:39 pm This is one of the worst dramas I have watched in a while especially the annoying Jwa Yoon Yi that can not act nor speak correctly. Give me a break she keeps saying she did nothing wrong but right from the beginning she was wrong with her first boss like he said she did more than his wife and she did not have to do that. Then she goes and does the with for real with her second boss and is in denial that she did nothing wrong. Also, she played a big part in the lady she. brought into the company and they have the nerve to run a ethic campaign. I give the dram a 4 star.

newbee May 10 2019 8:14 am I have never watched any Korean drama (I honestly didn't even know they existed). Came across Jugglers couple of times on the TV, watched some episodes randomly, got interested and decided to google it. Since then, I have been completely hooked. What a beautiful drama and an amazing cast of actors. It has a perfect balance of everything: lot's of funny moments (between FL and ML; In Gyo-Jin deserves an applause as well as Lee Won-Geun), some deep topics that made me cry a river (choice between friendship and success - or between career and family - I cried so much with Cha Joo-Young and Kang Hye-Jung and Lee Won-Geun ), a great chemistry between FL and ML (and I loved that it wasn't dramatic or overly lovey-dovey but very funny and clumsy and awkward - just like in a real life). This drama left such a warm feeling in me. Totally recommend: light, funny romantic, sincere, warm.

zombie Jul 08 2018 12:49 pm i started to watch kdramas about 3 or 4 years ago and it seems that ive already watched all the good dramas cuz nowadays im dumping more than half of all the dramas that i start its getting harder and harder to find a good drama i just finished epi 7 and i think this is gonna bite the dust more sooner than later usually when i dump a drama it never past the 5th epi i hate and can not stand humorless comedy and when the writer celebrates snobbishnes obnoxiousness arrogancy etc all the ailments of the soul definitely not for me im fan of heart warming melodramas that can teach you something sorry for the negative comments

Emilita May 15 2018 11:53 am Here I want to talk about being in relationship with widower, just like YoonYi has with Chiwon. Having an affair with a widow/widower means you have to be mature facing your partner's past. Don't be so easy to be jealousy bcause it makes you look childish. Just believe ur partner if he/she's going to take care of several things with their ex as long as you know what it is and ask them to explain. I talk like this bcause i kinda dislike when yoonyi become so needy after she and Chiwon go steady as couple.

spread love May 14 2018 6:54 am I feel somewhat like there's a gap, between the episodes before Chi Won and Yoon Yi being a lover and after they're being one. They're got the chemistry as a boss and secretary that did little flirting here and there, but then when they become a lover i feel it's too out of sudden. They were previously shy and awkward to each other, but after they're declarate themselves as a lover, they suddenly become so sweet to each other i think it's too fast. Like, after being a lover they're become OOC. But it's okay coz for me they still got the chemistry. Anddd i can't help myself but to feeling amused-yet-disgusted when i watch their sweet slash cheesy scene as a lover.

p.s. know i now why some people dislikes Yoon Yi character as leading lady, yes she's not a perfect lead female bcoz she's not a graceful lead female and not a strong woman character either. She's sometimes look so annoying and childish. But, please, People! If you expect kind of perfect/beautiful/classy/etc lead female for this kind of drama, that's not match.

I stopped watching after she wouldn't even let her BF meet w/ his ex in broad daylight to discuss the ex's father who's the BF's mentor who is in the hospital with cancer. Just grossly pathetic. I can understand jealousy but that's just too far. She's more like a girl in a woman's body. She waits for others to rescue her and it's very off puting to say the least.

echo_friendly Feb 07 2018 9:45 am i liked this drama. i find it interesting in the character of jwa yoon-yi. it's not typical naive and innocence for female lead that i have seen most of the drama before. it's something different. such example for the character of jwa yoon-yi is i often seen her wears track suit & quite lazy at home, not mention of cleanliness, eat/cook expiry food that take back to 2004, etc. her expression and style of acting is quite memorable & have sense of humor. but, her good mood can change dramatically. i must say baek jin-hee did a good job for that character. also, i liked the character Jo Sang-Moo a.k.a cho cutter, the main antagonist. i bet most of the comment praised only the lead character. hahaha. only 2 thing i'll describe about cho cutter. 1st, his the laugh-out-loud signature. surely, you can recognized his laugh. hahaha. 2nd, the infamous kick-the-door. only one shot he succeeded. he's not bad person at all. he just want to take on vice president position. money, power and fame as well as greed. to in gyo-jin, you did well.

ridwan Jan 29 2018 4:45 pm Huaaa Jugglers has ended already... i will give you my sincere and honest opinion about it, This is the best romcom kdrama i've ever watched, truly my favorite drama i fall in love for the drama since i read the synopsis of the story for the first time and becoming more and more interested knowing Baek Jin Hee and Choi Daniel starring on it. I really like the concept of Multitasking Secretary (fit for the name Juggler) who is submissive and hardworking must deal with a very Independent Boss who is really difficult to read and not interest in any interpersonal relation and they are falling in love along the way. Not only that but this drama focus on exploring so many type of Boss and Secretary relationship in office theme so much i really love how the director and the writer pulled it, they are really succesful making it funny, sweet, relatable and keep focus for the main story so that viewer keep interest to watch every episode to the end. This drama deserved awards especially Baek Jin Hee who is able to portrays the character funny and loveable Yoon-yi amazingly. It is the first time for her to play in romance comedy genre but she really fits for that type of genre. baek jin hee, please take romance comedy drama again soon hehe :)

Arihant Dec 31 2017 9:43 am I thought I couldn't find a better boss secretary romance than "Protect the Boss" but this is coming close to it.I started watching this since it had relatively high ratings against some good shows and was surprised by the show.Baek Jim hee is superb as the plucky secretary trying to support a cold and distant boss played with aplomb by Daniel Choi (This is his third show I am watching after "Big Man" and "Baby Faced Beauty " and I have found him superb in all his roles.He looks so good in a suit!Looks like the stint in the Military was good for him. Chemistry of the lead pair is plain awesome here and is so good that it pushes other secondary characters in the background . Maybe theyll get fleshed out in the second half better. Writing and direction is quite good.OSTs are good too.Looks like this will be one of my all time faves!

Wth ? they shamelessly portrait women as man's best friend , this is a show about reliable puppies ; you can just change all female characters with cute puppies without changing the script . the puppies who smiles , obedient , polite , ... they skills enough to be replaceable with a cellphone apps !! they're just made to walk around the male characters , be feeded , sharp the pencils and fight in a dog shows like "BBA" .... Seriously korea has no shame over sexism , it's 2018 and still a guy take the girl's hand and forcibly drags her wherever & whenever he pleases and korean public are loving it , korea don't even have religious excuses like M.E for how unbelievably sexist they are , from Kdrama to Kpop ... sexism hasn't ever reduced ! What a Shame

Baek jin hee is so cute and funny here, she is so pretty and really great at acting. i kind of sad she refuse beautfiul gongshim but she chose a better romcom drama with jugglers, she is really great and romcom really suit her :D

First,I'm looking forward on how Mr. Nam fire tragedy connected to Yoon Yi who scares on switching off the light before going to sleep. 2.when they realized their feelings towards each other. 3. who is Mr Nam's ex-wife. 4. how hwangbo would react after knowing that his assistant is a mother of a son after confirming that he likes her. there are still so many things that make me curious. BTW this drama is really worth watching. GO JUGGLERS <3

The lead actor's gaze though, looks so deep, mysterious, and charismatic! Can't wait for more upcoming episodes and I hope it will be as amazing as the episodes that have aired so far! Looking forward for a more growing love story between Yoon-Yi and Chi Won ^.^

Much better than previous drama and then I watch Because this is my first time, once again I told myself, oh this drama is great, slightly better that 20th century and now that I watch this drama, hmm, I think this is the best drama so far. Love the script so much, so rational yet funny. The drama is fun, great chemistry between the lead and now I fall in love with Daniel Choi. His gaze, his acting and maybe good camera shoot make him looks so charismatic, romantic and fantastic! LOL. I've watched 6eps and no complaint so far. Can't wait for Monday! Hope the writer can maintain the momentum till the end. Cant wait to see more interaction between the boss and his assistant and the landord and the tenant

May Be Dec 12 2017 5:17 pm To Anya - I didn't recognize Jung Hye-In in "Jugglers" as well. Only when I took a look into the cast here I realized that she's Ko Ye-Won from "Save the Family". I'm impressed by her acting skills! Beacuse it requires a great acting skill to create two such a different characters - not only the look (it could be done by the makeup man), but the personality, behave, the way of talking etc. And it's a great compliment to actress if you don't recognize her in the other role - it means she's the real creative actress! Great job, Jung Hye-In! And I also didn't like arrogant Ko Ye-Won ("Save the Family") - but I'm in love with Kyung-Rye in "Jugglers"! ;) She's so cute! Generally I'm already in love with this drama - Yoon-Yi, Jung-Ae, Bo-Na and Kyung-Rye are great bunch of friends! ;) I'm not much into the "office dramas" but I really love this one!

I mean in that drama she was the annoying antagonist, but here she looks so beautiful even with the androgynous appearance. I love men but I think it'll be easy to love her, hahaha. Kudos to Hye-Rin! Funny character, good cast, best chemistry for all cast not just the lead. Try to find about the writer previous screenplayed, but can't find any...but the story feel fresh even with boss-secretary relationship plot.
