Koichi Tadano (Masato Wada) is a car dealer with a good sales history. He is married to Mao Tadano (Shihori Kanjiya) and they have two daughters. Koichi Tadano enjoys a good relationship with his family as a father. Besides being busy all the time, his life goes well. One day, Koichi Tadano realizes that he has forgotten names of people he should know like his customers and co-workers. Something feels off to him and he goes to the hospital to take a test. The doctor informs Koichi Tadano that has early-onset dementia.

- Movie is based on the true story of Tomofumi Tanno, who was diagnosed with early-onset dementia in 2013 at the age of 39.
