Park Min Mar 10 2023 11:20 pm If you read the synopsis, the story will pan out exactly step by step as you would expect it. As generic as any other birth secret story can be so don't expect anything. The writing was weak and the cast performance as well. From the very first scene it smelled like low budget.

Jinjoo Aug 29 2022 10:20 pm Woah I just finished this great drama and I was blown away with this story! It's one of a kind in my opinion the actors really were all outstanding!! It took me only 11 days to finish 120 episodes which I myself can't believe! It only goes to show I was glued and addicted to it! I've seen a lot of kdramas before but this one really broke the record for me!! A drama that depicts that forgiveness is possible no matter how difficult it may be for the person whose life have been affected by it! I love how 2 mothers similarly raised someone else's child and treated them as their own!! This drama deserved the award that year!! This will be one of my favorite kdramas of all time to say the least! I'm going to miss watching this everyday!! Seo ha jun and Yang Jin sung had a great chemistry 2 thumbs-up for the leads in this drama plus the director and writer!! Belated congrats for a job well done!!

Jinjoo Aug 20 2022 10:34 pm woah this drama just made me addictive, such a heart warming drama! love love sa jun in this role! i cld kick myself why did i miss watching this while it was airing! great lesson that even if you're not blood related these 2 mothers treat their stepchildren like their own, moreover mom in law has a wonderful heart to treat her son in law as if he's her own son! one of the best kdramas i've watched! i can't stop watching & that's a great sign how good a drama is! 2 thumbs up! just wondered why ppl here only rated it in upper 70s this is worth more than that so i'm giving it 91% that's just my opinion!

saranghae Oct 26 2020 9:03 am epi 120 final epi wow i finished all the epi in roughly 2 months without skipping this drama was so good that i binged watch more than 10 epi like 4 or 5 times i loved the plot from start to end and the casting was superb all of them no exception leads and supporting i loved all of them especially the incredible chemistry of the lead couple am gonna missed them very much thanks to the writer for a lovely drama direction and all the supporting team you did an excellent superb job my rating 9/10 and of course good recommendations

saranghae Sep 19 2020 12:46 am epi 77 just enjoying this drama very much and binge watching at times when things gets very interesting i just got to the part where soo kyung found out her origins very painfully and traumatic a lovely good girl before but now she is full of hate ithink this should be the biggest twist of the plot i have no idea whats coming next i like lk jun and jin joo shiping very funny and good chemistry she is very tall and pretty maybe is she a model? i love all the other characters too leads and evils im getting ready to enjoy the ending of this story

saranghae Sep 01 2020 12:53 am just started this drama and got to epi 30 very fast cz i couldnt stop every epi left me with the cravings for next epi so im enjoying this drama very much this is out of the ordinary cz a lot of dramas that i start i dump them after 20 or 30 epi cz they are so boring with plots that are so poor so uninteresting curious about why this drama is so good i check the writer and was so surprised that he or she only wrote 2 dramas and the other drama that im also currently watching mom has an affair is as good as this one maybe better the plot is so interesting and entertaining that is hard to stop i completely recommend these 2 dramas

anja Jan 14 2018 9:28 am Recently watched the drama, at episode 80 now and dear lord if murder is not a crime and this happens in real life, I'll be happy to kill Sookyung and her crooked grandmother. That ungrateful spoiled brat was stupid enough to believe the lies told by her ex fiancee. The old lady just have to die. And the mother, how can someone be so powerless? She should stood up for herself. So stupid. This kind of drama will be a hit in Indonesia, and it's the very reason why I stopped watching our national TV show. Now tell me how can a leading South Korea's broadcasting company sold the same stupidity, and worst, people are willing to buy this stupidity? I guess the two countries are not so different after all.

shortfus Dec 28 2017 1:25 pm I had nothing to do so I'm writing this while watching this painful kdrama - very painful to watch. I just heard the saying "I'm going to do something if you don't behave as I say." for the umpteenth times. The true sign of bad writing. Another sign of a bad writing - not telling someone something because if you do, the story will be over even if that makes perfect sense. Here is another one - the protagonist being the dumbest character in the story, clueless and trusting and very irritating. This drama has them all. So, why am I watching this trash? Because it's Kdrama and trashier the better!

She went on and on hurting her bio mom I'm getting sick of her.. isn't she the protagonist? How can I like her?

Ok Soon, reporting eeeeeevvvvveeerrryyyyy single thing to jaeyoung mom like?? She knew that her friend has nasty attitude but how come she still befriended with her and how come she always told her everything which brought advantages to Jaeyoung

Banana4Scale Jun 20 2016 5:19 am After deciding that this is a terrible drama and vowing to stop watching it, my curiosity on what the ending would be got the better of me...I would say marathon watching the last 19 episodes has redeemed the whole story for me, since there was no need for me to wait for the next episode whenever there's an exasperating situation...it's all about sacrifice, forgiveness and resilience, but sadly made apparent only in the last 19 episodes....cutting the number of episodes to a max of 50 would have been better...and btw, no need for me to analyze and scrutinize the story and situations and took them at face value, it's fiction anyways....just my 2 cents....

Banana4Scale Jun 04 2016 12:19 pm this drama started out good and kept me excited with what will happen next, but because it dragged on and on leaving me, the viewer, exasperated, annoyed and, at the end of so many episodes, frustrated...i just fell asleep on one episode and now i do not even care what the ending would be! i think stretching the story too thin is what did this in, i.e., they didn't have to make this 120 episodes...whoa! imagine having those emotional crests...having your emotions rise as the good guys would score, but before your triumphant emotions reach their peak...bad guys out score them! bah! i am exhausted and i'm stopping now! lesson learned: stick with short episode, fast paced dramas!

Soo-Kyung's father accidentaly hits a pregrant woman with his car who amazingly happens to be his ex-wife's daughter. Hyun-Tae just so happens to be the long lost son of his Father-in-Law's good friend. Hyun-Tae's sister-in-law gets romantically involved with a guy who just so happens to be his wife's brother. the lady that abandoned Hyun-tae as a child just so happens to be his new wife's grandmother..................... WTF

Banana4Scale May 23 2016 9:16 pm yay last 19 episodes! after the last 100+ frustrating episodes (coz the good guys are always out-smarted by the bad guys), the end is almost at hand! the "always late with the brooding facial expression" award goes to the very handsome Kim Hyun Tae! after persisting and staying on with this very long, sometimes dragging, drama i hope the ending will not disappoint my expectation...no redemption for the evil Choi Jae Young and his cohorts! hmmmm, wondering what will happen to the CEO's sin of the hit and run thing....

How is it possible that HT's childhood photo was not shared with his new wife's family? It beggars belief. I cannot believe the maid did not find the orphanage information on HT in Choi Jae's wastebasket either. I agree that HT and SK have no chemistry, none at all. The actress playing that part is annoying, but it could be due to the ridiculous out of character lines she has to say. Choi Jae came close to raping her, yet after marriage to a very handsome, understanding man she seeks him out and drinks with him. Where are her girlfriends? The poor orphan, HT, has friends, but not her.

And in regard to Min Soo, it looks like the evil grandmother was the one who discarded him at the orphanage.

Vonny Apr 22 2016 8:12 pm I love Kdramas. However, I have so many problems with this one but I can't leave it alone. 1. The CEO is totally clueless. A puppet CEO. How has he made it this far as a successful businessman. 2. Hyun Tae & Soo Hyun has no romantic chemistry. They never appeared to be really in love and they do not act like newly weds. 3. Why has Jin Sook never mentioned her birth child's real name and the fact that it's been changed. It's a defensive reason for her difficulty in finding the child & family. 4. Lee Jae Eun has majorly improved her acting. I used to cringe when she first appeared but she's since grown into the role of Yeong Shim.

Banana4Scale Mar 15 2016 7:51 pm episode 52....so far my 3 fave characters are Choi Dal Suk, Baek Jin Joo and Cha Ik Jun...their scenes would always make me burst out laughing, i just love them...bravo! thumbs up to Jang Seung Jo, inspite of looking so good, so cool and really hot, he has brought the character Choi Jae Young to the most hated pet peeve of this drama that i want to chop to the minutest pieces, lol....definitely superb acting!
