Plot

Set in the 1980's, "Zenra Kantoku" follows the story of AV Director Toru Muranishi (Takayuki Yamada) and those around him.

Jay Quintana Jun 23 2021 6:44 am Apologies for the previous post. I wrote it after seeing only the first two episodes. Having now seen the entire series, it's debatable whether the series is exploitive or not. What's not debatable is it sugarcoats Muranishi's life. So, while I think this is a good show, you might want to keep that in mind before deciding to watch this.

Jay Quintana Jun 22 2021 7:16 am A surprisingly good series. Great that Yamada and Tamayama got to work together so many years after Tegami. I think a lot of people might be turned off after reading the synopsis, but it's actually not an exploitive show. The characters come across as real people trying to get by the best way they can.

Its facinating to watch how challenges ar eovercome and how much more explicit sexual events become available. Many of the girls are very beautiful and get close to being explicitly naked which is a delight. However I think mainline movies which introduce romantic scenes these days should also go as explicit as this and even more so. Its 2020 and most of us are grown up - lets have more ... of everything that is.
