Set in the early 1800's of Edo Period Japan, the citizens suffers under the Tokugawa shogunate government. Ronin Tamazuro Kamiya (Hiroshi Tachi) is then ordered by Sadanobu Matsudaira to lead the secret "Onmitsu-gumi" group to fight against the government.
