Queen Ava Aug 30 2025 9:34 pm The show was too long with so many characters and personalities it got boring. The script writer and director could have just cut on unnecessary scenes like the ones in the family of Mi-soo. There's no lessons to pick up there- a grandmother with a character and appearance that's questionably irritating, the aunt who lived promiscuously? And how could adults discuss serious and sensitive matters in the presence of children? Trash! I was entertained at first, loving the characters of Mi-soo and Hyun woo but... SPOILERS: I hated the make over done to Mi-soo with her too heavy make up that made her face expressionless. Much as I hated the character of SEO Young, her acting was a lot better. Hyun woo will always be a favorite. had to skip several scenes in every episode just to get to the finale. I'm giving the story a 3star rating.

Park Min Mar 13 2023 11:28 pm The 2nd lead syndrome in this is very strong. Hyun Woo is just too superior, he stole the show. There was almost no chemistry between FL and Young Min despite being the male lead. All the chemistry went to FL and Hyun Woo. The drama was fine for the first 81 episodes then it took a hard left turn and everything started to crumble. Yet again, it took another extreme left turn after episode 102 with all the fiasco including Seo Young and Hyun Woo's mother. The drama had potential but there were too many misses in the writing departments. It was natural for Mi Soo to end up with Hyun Woo but they had to force a divorce instead of making Hyun Woo's mother come to her senses. She remained hateful and despicable. Regardless of who's going to be her future daughter in law, she will treat her the same as she treated Mi Soo. The biggest loser in this drama was Hyun Woo.

It’s so ridiculous for the main male lead to drop his love for his fiancée and love another girl so quickly! What kind of man is he. The female lead is also low class. She moved in when he was at his lowest. He is breaking up and she was there to make herself as his new love.

When I realise she married second male lead and divorce in final epi, I quit watching after the 61 episodes. I’ve wasted my time.

Mitch Nov 05 2020 1:42 am The love of Young Min to Mi Soo is one great love that he could sacrifice his happiness just to protect his greatest love. The last part too short for me, for all the heartaches of Mi Soo and Young Min they deserve a happy ending.

zombiezz Nov 26 2018 3:40 am finished epi 65 its being great so far the story very interesting and acting is superb theres only one thing thats bothering me a lot for the last 20 or so epi subtitles are missing very frequently i dont know whtas causing this are translators not been able to translate cuz its too diificult or its been deliberately ommitted for some reasons it seems simple sentences are translated but difficult ones are left alone anybody knows? other than that is a great drama

Kdrama Feb 27 2017 10:45 am 132 eposides for that ending! It was long and the themes just kept repeating. Started off ok, but it should have been a good 20 eps and stopped at round 1.

If the drama reflected the real life in some way, then I think the Korean's parents and older generations get too much involement of the children and younger gerenations' personal lives business. For heaven's sake, those major actors and actress were way over 20 years old. If in the USA they would be living by themself already! I hope in the real life in Korea that younger generation has the right to choose what's the best for their lives!

Lea Apr 23 2015 4:07 pm I adore Mi-Soo and Young-Min so much! I didn't like the open-ended final scene, but I'm glad it was with those two. I was rooting for them so much! I liked Hyun-Woo, but only as Mi-Soo's best friend. They should've just kept being best friends instead of being lovers. It was so awkward.

Vonny Nov 16 2014 6:53 pm I loved this drama. I laughed and cried through each episode. But after sitting through 132 episode I was majorly disappointed. It had a real pissy ending. We deserved a final episode that wraps up all those emotional highs and lows we were subjected to. Such a let down.

I hate the fact that Mi Soo and Hyun Woo got divorced for a stupid reason just because his mother dislikes Mi Soo. I must say that there's a strong chemistry between Lee Yoo Ri and Lee Sang Yoon. To me, they are real couple in the drama despite Mi Soo's love for Young Min. Mi Soo and Young Min, they don't match at all. Let alone the ending, I do think that the writer has favored LSY's character. Even though the one Mi Soo loves is Young Min, Hyun Woo was her first kiss, he understands her very well than Young Min does, they both rely one each other's support every time they've gone through difficulties, Hyun was also the first man that Mi Soo brought home. With all that being said, this drama isn't about just Young Min and Mi Soo anymore. It's also about Hyun Woo and his caring and generous love for Mi Soo.

They do not fit.. I do not like the end of the story of this drama .. I really like Lee Sang Yoon's acting .. I watched this drama because there is Lee Sang Yoon.. Eugene Yu Jul 27 2009 3:53 am Oh my god! I felt like crying when Hyun Woo decided to get divorce because he did not want to see Mi Soo crying anymore because of his mother's hatred. Well, i would say that he was a good man and also a good husband but remember "Nothing cannot be solved" At the end, I don't think that Mi Soo and Young Min get back to each other because 3 years later after Hyun Woo and Mi Soo got divorce, they suddenly met each other. I think they both just a friend. However, in this drama, I love to see when Hyun Woo and Mi Soo together. I love this couple really much.
