When the Academy City system universe elevator "endemyuon" has almost completed, Toma Kamijo and Index meets Arisa, who has no powers. While Toma, Index and Arisa hang out, suddenly Shoutaura, who leads magicians, attacks Arisa, who is on the side of science. Because of the attack from the magicians side, Academy City fights back with troops to keep order.
