The topic its messages the performance of the actors and actresses and music are great. I have found the song Tegami on the net and we listen to it with great pleaure. amala Nov 30 2010 3:48 am This was an awesome film! Saw it with school last Friday (I wonder how many other Sydney high school people are on this page...) The bit with the competition was what drew me in. WHAT WAS THAT DS THING THEIR TEACHER WAS ALWAYS PLAYING!?

And the song is Tegami by Angela Aki. It had a longer title that I don't quite remember...

Gareth Nov 11 2010 9:07 pm I didn't think a film about calligraphy would be very interesting but I liked this film. It was a little slow in parts but it also had moments of humour and sadness. The performances were all good and the music is excellent.
