From the 1950's, numerous "America Towns" sprang up in South Korea. These seedy areas were created to provide entertainment for U.S. soldiers. In such an America Town, Sang-Guk (Kim Dan-Yul) works at his father's photography studio. He secretly develops nude photos for U.S. soldiers. Sang-Guk's life changes when bar worker Young-Rim (Im Chae-Young) comes to the store for a photo I.D.
