Mews Oct 06 2023 6:07 pm This movie has an interesting idea, but does nothing with it. A house that contorts, moves itself inside.... the imagination on that has no limits. But it goes down the hill very fast. The mood is well paced, SOME TIMES. Did i enjoy it? 50%-50%. Why? A guy in beginning gives his phone number , which i am lead to believe he will be like a shaman or something to exorcise the house. So, that was established, but they do nothing with it. Yes she calls him, and that is all. He doe snot even came in last moment or anything. So that was pointless. Jumpscares... you know... when you do a horror movie, jump scares should be something that is really a scare going on, and not loud music out of nowhere when someone is cooking. And if you do a lot of that, the movie is not scary anymore, but annoying. The little girl, which on first 7 minutes you already know she is not real, but the movie makes it look like a greatest plot twist. It was not. The ending... i could forgive the above issues, if the ending was not stupid. Movie is worth one time watch only. Has good ideas, that go nowhere. and those were the ones i expected.
