Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki Staff ©
Aiko Hanamura (Kaya Kiyohara) is a lawyer and specializes in divorce. She is a perfectionist, but she is also a warm-hearted person who sympathizes with her clients going through marital problems. In her personal life, from growing up with parents who didn't get along well with each other, she doesn't believe in love. She enjoys her single life with her pet dog Sakura, whom she really loves.
One day, she takes Sakura for a walk and she meets Kai Shirosaki (Ryo Narita), who is taking his dog Shogun for a walk. He is single and works as a veterinarian & the director of an animal hospital. He is respected by his staff and the people that come into the hospital. He seems to have an extroverted personality, but he doesn’t talk much about himself to people. Aiko Hanamura's pet dog Sakura and Kai Shirosaki's pet Shogun have fallen in love at first sight, while the fate of Aiko Hanamura and Kai Shirosaki also moves greatly. Shogun was a stray dog, but, one year ago, Kai Shirosaki rescued the dog and named him Shogun. He has become a precious companion to Kai Shirosaki and Shogun also has a secret.
Meanwhile, Woo Seo-Ha (Na In-Woo) is South Korean and he comes from a powerful chaebol family. He has arrived in Japan with a mission. He tries to get close to Kai Shirosaki and, by chance, he meets Aiko Hanamura. A love triangle develops with a strange connection.
