There were some rofl moments but mostly you would be non stop grinning. Its continuos flipping btw drama, humor, action shows excellent writing, screenplay n ofcourse acting skills. The only flaw is when I noticed only 1 bullet on scientist, those who noticed would understand it. Also, the last half hour seemed it could revise its editing. I really recommend this if you’re into rom-coms and slow-burn romance. The chemistry between the two leads is seriously amazing I’m definitely looking forward to Season 2. This acting of hers is really hard to do and not amateur status. You cannot see Song Hye-kyo or Son Ye-jin any other actress taking on this drama but Park Eun-Bin is perfect. The drama is magnificent and different from other dramas. Just watch you will love all actors and actress, everyone did their parts really well. He probably did that so that she can save herself or something but he did know that she was still in the lab and didnt get to save herself because the duo guys and the grandma asked him looking for chaeni. and also the fact that he went to save her and kissed her right away just makes me mad. like boy you betrayed her and when you changed your mind, you went and kiss her?? like what?? i get that hes trying to raise her heartbeat but if i was the girl i would be so mad at him. It’s such a fresh and unique genre for Korea since this kind of concept is usually seen more in European or Western productions like Marvel or DC. I absolutely love this type of drama and highly recommend everyone to watch it. I also really love the four main actors. The comedy was so fun, and I loved the little bit of romance between the main leads, Eunwoo and Eunbin. I highly recommend watching it, don’t overthink it and don’t compare it to other English movies. This drama is amazing in its own way, and the superpowers actually feel exciting and believable, just like in Marvel or DC movies. I seriously loved it so much. Please Make Season 2!!! Vote for it!!! SPOILER ALERT!!! However, one thing continues to bother me. Unjeong literally handed Chaeni over to the bad guys, knowing they would kill her. I get that he was trying to find his mom, but he didn't even try to save her until the grandma talked to him. He was even trying to leave the city. I was hoping he had a plan, that he didn't actually betray her, but he did? I'm so pissed. He came back and saved her, but I just can't forget the fact that he betrayed her after he was taking care of her, smiling, and stuff. I enjoyed it except for that one part. The MC character was so f bad I had to skip lots of scenes because it was really booooooooooorrrrrrriiiiingggg. Thanks to Choi Dae-hoon (sticky guy) and Im Sung-jae (strong guy) for their acting that saved the entire drama. Also thanks to all the supporting actors and actresses that made this drama alive. But not Park Eun-bin and Cha Eun-woo. Oh Jesus God my Lord, oh my God, my eyesssss — what the hell was that acting?? Who the hell signed them to do this? Eunwoo with his one-face acting, and that Eun-bin who only copied her Extraordinary Woo character into this drama. Cheap acting. You had one job and you failed it. Also, the story has two powerful mutants (hallucination & brain control), but they cannot make them work together even though they’re best friends and have good interaction. If you want to make the fools win, at least make the villain powerful enough and hard to defeat, but still defeatable with the fools’ tactics and powers. Instead, they made the villain so weak and the fools too weak, so you’re basically watching 5-year-old boys sitting together on a bench and chatting about their dream of becoming superheroes. Also, this is the 90s–2000s era, right? The fashion doesn’t really feel old enough to describe the moment. It looks less like jackets you get from thrift shops and more like new supermarket outfits. Terrible fashion choices, not representing the past at all (except for the phones), the makeup is too futuristic, and the actors — oh Lord, please someone slap the scriptwriter and director for me. The balance between comedy and action felt so natural, and his emotional scenes genuinely hit hard. There’s a quiet intensity in the way he acts that pulls you in without trying too hard. Especially that trauma scene… it was raw and heartbreaking, I actually felt it. He keeps proving he’s not just visuals, but real acting talent too! Park Eun-Bini's role as Eun Chae-Ni was pretty interesting gotta say. It felt inauthentic initially as she acted at times, and then her character grew on me, but overall, not my favourite role she has played though still (I especially liked her role in The Witch: Part 2. The Other One) Cha Eun-Woo feels like his character has not changed much as other roles he has played, but still great to see him play his character regardless. So nice to see Kim Hae-Sook in a new series; she is always amazing as a maternal figure. Enjoyed the rest of the cast and congratz to you all! I've been waiting for this since then. I wanted to see Park Eun Bin with a comedic role and Cha Eun Woo's return. I thought it would be a banger, and it really is! The storyline, the actors, editing, everything is on point and beautiful. I think I grew abs from laughing too much here. It's both touching and funny; I cried and laughed a lot. They have so much chemistry, especially Eun Bin and Eun Woo; they're so cute. It somewhat left us hanging in the end, though. I hope there's a second season. I hope this drama will win many awards. Amazing scene. Not sure how the other two casts could focus to do the scene without laughing. Also, it is good because they have an eight episode format. I love how it makes you laugh all throughout the episodes while giving us action and romance. And the emotional scenes are so heart wrenching. There's family, friendship, romance but also betrayal, guilt, frustrations and forgiveness that I felt so full after watching it but also hunger for more! This was an easy 100/100. Lee Unjeong was truly a character written for Cha Eunwoo. He completely brought the character to life. Superheroes, villains, and supporting cast delivered exceptionally well. The chemistry of superheroes Park Eunbin, Cha Eun-Woo, ChoiDaehoon, and ImSeongjae is so on point. Hats off to director Yoo In-sik! Even the music/songs like "Creep" intro, sounds, and art design fit well. Love that all eight episodes hit Netflix in one go, so I can binge-watch it. I laughed, cried, and got surprised! Enjoyed every episode! Just like Park Eunbin, brilliant actor Cha Eun-Woo is quite impressive. His subtle, nuanced, expressive eye, voice, body, and face acting resonate well with me. Comedy, action, and drama, he delivered exceptionally well. So in awe of his excellent acting skills. As with his previous projects, he's able to fully embody his character. Superhero Cha Eun-Woo is so cool and funny ??? No wonder ‘The WONDERfools’ is the No.1 most anticipated K-drama of 2026. This is the kind of role that proves how versatile Cha Eun-woo really is. He’s so good at balancing the action, mystery, comedy, and soft emotional scenes without making anything feel forced. His eye acting alone says so much. Every scene he’s in becomes more exciting, emotional, or fun to watch. The Wonderfools feels like the perfect drama for him.
