Ryu Eun-Joong (Kim Go-Eun) seems like a normal woman, but she has candour in her personality that attracts people. Her best friend and life long rival is Cheon Sang-Yeon (Park Ji-Hyun). They first met during their elementary school days. Cheon Sang-Yeon came from a wealthy family background and she is a talented person. Ryu Eun-Joong was jealous of her, but they became best friends who sometimes hated each other the most. During their teens, 20's, and 30's, they would lose contact with each other and reconnect multiple times. Now, they are 42 years old. Ryu Eun-Joong works as a drama series writer and Cheon Sang-Yeon works as a successful movie producer. One day, Cheon Sang-Yeon suddenly appears in front of Ryu Eun-Joong.
