Tomio (Ryohei Otani) and his younger brother Shizuka (Katsuya Kobayashi) run a bar “Zenigata” in a backstreet of a fishing port. At midnight, the bar changes to lender "Zenigata." Tomio and Shizuka lend money and charges the borrower high interest. One day, Yakumo (Shunsuke Tanaka), who is a former boxer, asks Tomio and Shizuka to wok for them.
