Set in Tokyo, actress Touko (Satomi Kobayashi) leaves the filming set of her latest project. She then comes across three people by random chance. She gives a ride to a man named Nagano (Ryo Kase) whom she has never met before. At a small theater Kouko runs into Kikuchi (Tomoyo Harada) - a former screen writer who now works in the small theater. Lastly, Touko meets Yasuko (Haru Kuroki) at the zoo. Yasuko is a women studying for her college entrance exam and applying for a job at the zoo.

Bob Koh Jan 04 2015 6:50 am I like Satomo Kobayashi as I saw her in Kamome Diner just 2 weeks ago. Kamome Diner was a very unique show as it is set in Finland where her character opened and runs a small cafe. To me Satomi is the quintessential Japanese mother at an age when her children have just grown up and she has time on her side for personal pursuit. I am recording Tokyo Oasis for later as it clashes with some live soccer matches I need to watch 'live'. I'm sure it will be a good movie and an interesting 2 hours in front of the TV later tonight.
