Plot
Actor Akira Terao plays a detective who comes across a murder case in Kyoto and a case involving the theft of a yacht in Miura Pennisula. He uses his instincts to connect the two cases and to uncover the truth. Actress Hisako Manda plays Akira Terao's wife and actor Koji Yamamoto plays his young detective partner.
Notes
- Based on a novel by Seicho Matsumoto. The TV drama adaptation will changed the time period from the original Showa Period (1925-1989) to the present day Heisei period.
- "Hi to Shio" will air on December 21st, 2009 - which is the 100th anniversary of Seicho Matsumoto's birth (December 21, 1909).
