Plot

In this Thai thriller set in New York City, three rich kids want to throw a New Year’s Eve party in their apartment. They call up a drug dealer, an American guy called Jesus. When Jesus arrives the countdown bash turns into a psychological game that involves violence and torture.

Alan Frank Apr 07 2014 4:54 am David Asavanond is NOT half Thai he is 75% French 25% Thai and is 100% bad ass special kinda actor who comes along in our lives maybe once in a generation. Without David's huge personality and sheer presence this film would be ordinary. His awesome input and 'giving totally of himself' dragged this otherwise ordinary movie onto a much higher plain. Yes, some other good performances but this film WILL be remembered for his outstanding portrayal as Jesus. Great story line, well directed and obviously inspired casting choice. Whoever chose not to bring this film out with English, Chinese, Spanish etc subtitles was WRONG! Whatever the politics, whatever the business reason, it was wrong! I am so looking forward to David's next movie and out later this month I believe as the guy is a ******* genius! Thank God his next movie WILL be sub titled as it is a crime of human rights proportions NOT to let the whole World enjoy this man at his craft.
