Plot
"Chengdu I Love You" tells two love stories that spans over a 52 year period (1976 & 2029) centered around the city of Chengdu, China. In the 1976 segment, directed by Fruit Chan, a family deals with the after effects of a devastating earthquake. The 2029 segment, directed by Jian Cui, centers around young rock musicians who meets in a Chengdu bar as they pursue their musical dreams.
Notes
- "Chengdu, I Love You" was originally planned as a 3 part omnibus film, but the Jin-ho Heo directed segment turned into the separate full length feature film "Season Of Good Rain".
