Kang Tae-Joo (Namkoong Minn) is a neurosurgeon and the director of Woorihamgge Hospital. He is married to Go Se-Yoon (Lee Seol), who is the chairwoman of the hospital. One day, Kang Tae-Joo tells his wife that he wants a divorce, but Go Se-Yoon is kidnapped the next day. Kang Tae-Joo becomes both a fugitive, suspected of kidnapping his own wife, and pursuer to save his wife.
