Seri Jun 03 2026 11:55 pm Hi @DMM, I think that was hinted at in one of the early episodes. GT asked JR to leave TH. He said they could continue to live happily together. This disclosure will cause new set of problems! Still not watching this drama daily. Tuned in yesterday and there were 2 patients with amnesia - one fake, one real. Chloe still bent on using HJ to avenge her father's death. HJ will be elated thinking he is not the son of a murderer. Little does his know that his mother is also evil.

Seri Apr 21 2026 9:42 pm I don't like the new development. Jinju is becoming more ruthless, not caring who she hurts. Hyunjoon is weaker and stupider. Danhee is still chasing her tail going around in circles. I will stop watching this daily and will watch an episode here and there every few weeks. Extremely tiresome and not worth the time.

It’s on the road to become “The Woman who Swallowed the Sun” times two, with dozens of episodes of “Get the Chairman and his mur derous wife” while they all live in the same house together. The normally wonderfully bright Nam Sang Ji is forced to wander around looking dour all the time, which is a real turn off, and it’s hard to connect with Park Jin Hee’a character who had 30 Years to try to take them down.

Suri Apr 14 2026 3:35 am Kim Heejung is a veteran actress and usually performs better than this. I think it must be the director's instructions that she overacts here. comes across as clownish. So far I prefer Hyunjoon to Minjoon. Hope he is not going to turn nasty as he pursues Chloe. Show is getting tiresome - banish to the annex, return to main house, banish to the annex; fire you, reinstate you, fire you; silly cycles keep repeating. If the writer has nothing new then just wrap up the show!!

Cui-Hua Mar 25 2026 3:50 am (Edited) Can’t stand the character, Hong Yeong-Sil- Yuna’s mother in this drama. Her accent is so fake. When she speaks her face contorted. As she tries so hard to fake the accent with the tight unnatural control of her lips. It is really weird watching her speak! Sigh it makes me want to fast forward the part when she acts!

Quantumnurse Feb 25 2026 8:38 am I like Ms. Park Jin-Hee 's strong performance and have enjoyed her drama series and movies such as "The King of Tears, Lee Bang-Won", "Hur Jun, the Original Story", "Giant" and "The Long Visit". The two initial episodes of "Pearl in Red" are quite interesting, also the preview of episode three is an eye catcher as well. I will keep watching the show even though I am not a fan of revenge story. I hope Ms. Park Jin-Hee's strong performance will catalyze and develop this show to a good heartwarming daily drama and not a mere revenge story.
