Dae-Kook (Ma Dong-Seok) has lived in Apgujeong, Gangnam District, Seoul, since he was born. He is now out of work. Ji-Woo (Jung Kyoung-Ho) is an excellent plastic surgeon, but he is mean to people. Dae-Kook and Ji-Woo lead the heyday of plastic surgery business in Apgujeong, Gangnam District.
