In 1970, a secret operation takes place to land a hijacked plane. Taking part in the operation is a problem solver (Sul Kyung-Gu), who appears when he is needed and solves cases. His identity is unknown. Also taking part in the operation is an Air Force First Lieutenant (Hong Kyung) and the head of the KCIA (Ryoo Seung-Bum), who commands the secret operation.
