Yun Yi-Rang (Park Min-Young) is a con woman with a genius level IQ of 165. She has a unique way of thinking and cool charisma. She leads the con group Confidence Man, which also consists of James (Park Hee-Soon) and Myung Gu-Ho (Joo Jong-Hyuk). James is the veteran con man with a sense of humor. Myung Gu-Ho is the youngest con man among the group. He has a pure and upright personality, with cute charm. These 3 talented swindlers, with their own different stories, team up and punish villains.

How can you be so focused on revenge and yet have numerous breakdowns when you interact with your target. The motivations of the characters are nonsensical, especially that of the villain. The storyline revolves around a new charterer showing up out of nowhere to save the situation. The plot device used to wrap up the story is cliche and unimaginative. The ending is set up for a sequel which I hope won't happen. Park Min Young deserves better material to work with than this garbage.

happyeel Oct 05 2025 4:50 am if you've watched the Japan version, it'll be a lil bit boring to watch this, coz u already know what will happen. but I like the villains in Korean ver. ,so i continue watching this. but I really recommend to watch the Japanese ver. of drama, movie, and special episodes. you'll be overwhelmed by the stories.

I’m not sure if they already had explain why she’s without oarents, if they did I missed it maybe, and it might be too early to ask and hopefully the writers will put that in the episode sometime later?

Now I could see why she was casted because she perfectly fits the role. Everyone please give this drama a try. This drama is so underrated. Such an entertaining drama and the leads are so perfect. PMY is a gem.

ForgetMeNot Sep 26 2025 4:04 pm Not a fan of Park Min Young, but this role got me. The scammers end up scammed, there's identity theft and good old switcharoos where the victims get their money back in the name of justice... it's seriously fun because you cannot expect the next plot twist.

I just wish they had given the role to a new actress, introduced us to a talent with a career ahead of her. Picking PMY feels like cheating. Her fanbase will lap up anything she puts out.

I love Park Hee Soon and Joo Jong Hyuk too. Such an amazing trio. I kept on laughing throughout the episodes. Never a boring moment. Totally recommended.

Lisa Sep 19 2025 3:05 am This drama is so good. I watched the japanese version too and I love the korean version more. PMY is doing such an amazing job and the chemistry between the trio is so good. The ratings doesn't matter because this drama airs on a channel whose viewers are mostly elderly people. The channel didn't air any dramas for more than a year and most people don't even know a drama is airing. Moreover, the channel is known for political news and the viewers are very less as it is not a big channel like tvn or jtbc. Any dramas on this channel would have gotten lower ratings. The drama is doing well on Coupang Play where most korean netizens watch it and it is doing well on Amazon Prime too. People with small or 0 braincells will always cry seeing other's success and will stress about why they are offered dramas. It would be good if they did some research before spreading such lies. Anyway, this drama is very good.

The characters are as shallow as cardboard, and as a viewer, I can't tell if they are good people or not, and what their goal is. Do they even have a goal? They are cardboard cutouts.

Mister Moe Sep 09 2025 10:15 am I love Park Min-Young's work, like everybody does, but this role doesn't suit her. She seems to be trying to hard to play youthful, spontaneous, and high-energy. She's a great actor, but at this point in her career should be playing more dramatic and thoughtful characters. She was great in "Marry my Husband" and the role was perfect for her.
