One day, a dead twisted body is found in Tokyo. There are Korean letters written in blood on the body. Soon, a dead twisted body is found in South Korea. There are Japanese letters written in blood around the body. Detectives in both countries realize that the crimes are committed by a serial killer. A Korean detective (Son Suk-Ku) and Japanese detective (Eita Nagayama) work together to solve the bizarre murders.
