Hizuki Hiiragi (Haru) is the chief detective of the #1 Investigative Division at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. She is called the Ice Queen, because she is very strict with herself and to others. She has a special memory ability, which allows her to memorize a scene like a photo after seeing it only once. Using her special ability, she faces various difficult cases with her team member detectives, who have their own secrets and trauma.
