Mr. Shin (Han Suk-Kyu) runs a chicken restaurant. He has an outgoing and generous personality and speaks articulately. He is a neighborhood negotiator, who always appears when disputes occur between neighbors and mediates their disputes. He resolves the disputes quickly and accurately.
