Set in the near future, when a new drug becomes rampant in Japan. Yuto Saiki (Kaito Takahashi) saw his mother become addicted to the drug. Due to his experience, he has become a rookie narcotics agent to eradicate drugs. One day, he is suddenly transferred to the highly secretive Special Investigation Unit of the Narcotics Control Department. The department's existence is not even known by the general public. At the Special Investigation Unit, he teams up with Teppei Jinnai (Tomoya Nakamura). Even though they have totally different ways of thinking, they solve mysterious cases together caused by dope.
