Ren Hitomi (Genta Matsuda) joins the HR department for a company with a long history of excellence. Rumors spread that Ren Hitomi is an elite expert in the HR field. However, Ren Hitomi is clueless about his job and he lacks common sense. He is also unable to do simple calculations and forgets things easily. On the positive side, he is honest, straightforward, and compassionate. He comes up with unexpected solutions that solves problems and makes his co-workers, including Naomi Mano (Atsuko Maeda), dumbfounded.
