Jo Yeo-Hwa (Lee Ha-Nee) has been a widow for 15 years. Her in-laws are the most prestigious noble family in the area. During the day, she lives quietly at home and never goes outside. But, during the night, Jo Yeo-Hwa secretly jumps over the surrounding wall and takes care of people who need help. In the process, she gets involved with Park Soo-Ho and she begins to dream about her future. Meanwhile, Park Soo-Ho is a senior officer. He is good at his job and has an attractive appearance.

G May 28 2026 8:47 am Neh, I enjoyed the series, but she is really just too old for him. Or rather, he is too young for her? It’s as if every episode has him looking forlorn and looking with those puppy eyes. He does look good in his outfit, especially with his chiseled facial structure, but … Neh. Not convincing enough. I know the FL is a top actress, and she is really hilarious, but I just can’t see her together with the ML. Every time they try to appear attracted to each other I just see a mother and son kinda vibe.

I think his voice helps him reducing the gap between his cute face and her charismatic presence. But still I can't help but compare him with her previous MLs especially Kim Nam-gil and Lee Sangyoon who can match her

Great acting of all the cast but i fell in love with our ML Lee Jong Won. First time i saw him on screen, gorgeous, sexy and he gave an amazing performance. A huge fan from ??❤️

Lily Dec 11 2024 5:34 am Omg i love this drama! Even though at first i feel that the ML doesn't really suit FL, but boy i was wrong (afterfew episodes).

He does looks younger and perhaps it'll be good if he bulk up some muscle (he's too thin).

Nice warm story even tear me up a bit. But the ending last episode feels rush. 14 episodes might be ideal.

But TBH I found the ML's acting a Little bit too green for Lee Honey?? Not hating the ML, he has potential to do better but for me his acting is not AS strong as Lee Honey and also her previous MLs, especially kim namgil and Lee sangyoon

When I saw Lee Hanee was the FL lead and especially her mother is played by my all time favourite Mother Kim Mi Kyung, who has never acted in a bad drama, I was sold. Now I hope I’m going to enjoy it, if it’s half as good as IOKTNBOK or Fiery Priest, I certainly will. I’ll let you know.

Yeruchii Sep 01 2024 9:48 am This drama is so darn good. I'm either feeling giddy or rolling with laughter. The plot is woven so smoothly, the story keeps you hooked. The characters are well written.

Both the leads did excellent.

I like how the fl is so badass and she is hilarious. Lee Ha-nee is excellent as always.

The ml, Lee Jong-won suprised me. It's my first time seeing him on screen. I'm assuming he is a rookie? So proud of how he carried that role. He is dashing and adorable at the same time. I can't help but root for him all the way. Also allow me appreciate that smile of his. He probably has the prettiest and most charming smile I have ever seen on anyone. Be it a celebrity or an average person, his smile just gives me not just butterflies but a full on tornado. He even has a dashing voice to back it up. This man deserves love <3

This took my mind off of Lovely Runner for a while. My only complaint is that it is only short of 12 episodes. Wished they had extended this to 16 episodes to tie all the loose ends well cause that ending made me want to pull all my hair out. Wished the two leads got more closure. I wish to see more of them together arrgghh.

Anyway, I highly recommend this to all those looking for something that will cheer and excite you. Especially those who are still healing from Lovely Runner lol. Park So Hoo just beat Sunjae outta my head. I promise you, you won't regret it. This coming coming from someone who's too picky with her kdramas. Have fun!

ansa Jun 17 2024 12:23 pm The Best Sageuk Drama In 2024!!! The chemisty is chemistrying, even there is no bed scene, no kissing scene, It Still Wholesome Likee, Mannnn, U R Literally In Love!! Lee honey and lee jongwon did a really great job portraying the role. The last scene makes the butterfly in my stomach flying. His Gaze Aarghh, I Fall In !!!!!!! Everything in this drama is perfect, the story line, the conflict, the characters are written very well.

Definitely 100000/10

She can do the best comedy along with action romantic and drama. If you just have known her you should watch her old series esp. Rebel, She is excellent acting in her character with her skillful of Traditional Korean music.

Ha-Nee Lee's facial expressions were wonderful to watch, the funny scenes, the sad, heartfelt scenes, the hero scenes, I loved it all! Also, I loved all the supporting characters, their loyalty and protection of their hero friend, Yeo-Hwa. Great fun with great ending!

The plot, the writing, the characters especially the acting Knight Flower wins really far. acting of rowoon and cho yihyun are so poor, why compares them to how great honey lee in this drama?

The only thing makes me hard to make this 10/10 is the male lead's acting. Not really distracting but he is a bit stiff in the first few episodes

But as the story goes on, he really really getting better, his smile, his eyes, his reaction, his emotion really good and good chemistry with FL. Glad that i start this drama because of Honey Lee. But i fall in love with lee jong woon. This drama so good, all cast very good. Recommended drama.

I was happy to see ep6 got 12% ratings really deserving. for me the pacing of the story is good not fast paced not too slow not dragging, the plot has already taking shape, the writers know where they want to go, i am not confuse at all. the villains are effective the leads are very good, honey lee do know how to act. for me acting comes first in every kdrama i watch, 2nd the plot the pacing how they execute and introduce the storyline 3rd the actors faces, in my perspective no matter how handsome or pretty the actors are if the first 2 didn't deliver i would lose interest and not finish the whole pilot episode. im that audience who judge a show depends on it's first 15minutes ? and knight flower was an exception, i finished it and made me want for more ??? so glad im so happy, keep it up knight flower 50% is done cant wait for the next half of the shpw.

10/10, 6 eps aired Jan 30 2024 9:06 am She is so soft spoken when she speaks while wearing her white robe but when she starts wearing something else especially the black masked outfit we can see how bold her personality is. I love lee honey constantly is given a "one man show" (or I would say one woman show) that is focused on her only because whoever her male lead is she carries the drama on her back

I feel bad for the previously rude widower (DIL of minister of personnel), her MIL constantly sends her knife that she could use to "be loyal to her husband"

Look, I like yoon hak here but it would be unfair for the women to "keeps their purity" after being widowed while he is allowed to fall in love with MC's maid

I never thought this drama to be this heavy and I remembered lee honey's one the woman which also a comedy but they keeps talking about death and murder.

They must either mourn for their husband for the rest of their lives or even "follow" their husband (you know what I mean).

If the sickly ugly rich men always do that why not a kind healthy beautiful single women cant. Love watching her friendship with Gong myung before. Though the male lead here look much younger than lee honey actually i thought its 15 and more but just 11 i rest my case.
