Seong-Jin (Song Seung-Heon) is a conductor who leads an orchestra. He is engaged to Soo-Yeon (Cho Yeo-Jeong). She is a cellist and and member of Seong-Jin's orchestra. One day, Soo-Yeon disappears, leaving behind a recorded video message. Seong-Jin is in pain over her sudden disappearance. At the same time, he is attracted to Mi-Joo (Park Ji-Hyun), who has replaced Soo-Yeon in the orchestra. On a rainy night, Seong-Jin and Mi-Joo are caught up in each other's desire and do something unforgivable in Soo-Yeon's home.

Meanwhile, Soo-Yeon, who is thought to have disappeared, is trapped in a secret room in her house. She sees what is hidden behind the faces around her.

Movie is a remake of 2011 Spanish film "The Hidden Face."

GGGGGG Jun 13 2026 2:55 pm WTH!! I knew about the original movie and how tragic it has been (Sorry for the spoiler *_*) and I am in awe about how GOOD the korean adaptation is. The plot twist is f*king good that made me forgot how good The handmaiden is. LOLS!! Super glad of the happy ending and hoping for season 2! ? It is really a good psychological suspense thriller! ? ? ?

AMAN Sep 12 2025 6:35 pm i was just speechless after watching her explicit scenes in this movie. what a great smooth body she has & she didn't hold back even a bit to show it off..it's very rare to see a mainstreem kdrama actress doing explicit scenes like this, outsource you'll find many top actresses who have done explicit scenes but in the start of their career like (Kim Go Eun, Kim Tae-ri, Lim Ji-yeon, Song Ji-hyo, Jeon Do-yeon Uhm Jung-hwa, kang han-na, jo yeo-jeong, Kim Ok Bin, Chun Woo-Hee, Esom, Kim Seo-hyung) but once they establish in the industry & start doing dramas they avoid doing these scenes but she is exception she started her career in 2017 and doing movies as well as hit dramas since then, so it's little surprising to see her doing these kind of scenes now...but i must say it's definitely a delicious treat to see her milky buttery body...

I love the intense pure lunatic energy from both of the female lead relationship. If you think about it, they both totally made for each other, what a perfect couple lol. I like that there's no animosity between them at the end, bcs both of them knows that both of them made some intense mistakes and hurt each other on worst way possible, so no need to be mad at each other. I love that kind of unhinged energy. It's like seeing a journey on how Mi Joo reminds Soo Yeon the exact reason why both of them made for each other. Bcs Soo Yeon apparently unaware, while Mi Joo is the only one who's holding on them, thinking they would be forever.

Errica Lim Jan 13 2025 2:44 pm Prepare yourself for a Song Seung Heon on a different level farther than his usual roles, a little close to a part when there was a once an obsessed Seung Heon.

Other than that, a plot that is not how you expect will eventually lead you to an imagination full of twists and turns.

Another thing, there is a part here that is on a same level with the movie Parasite, one might womder if the architectural designer is obsessed in that kind of field too.

Definitely a nice one to pair with popcorn and soda mode here!
