Kim Ji-Wan (Lee Jung-Eun) is a movie director, but none of her movies have received much attention from the public. Her latest movie is also a box-office failure. She isn't sure she can make any more movies and her husband, Sang-Woo (Kwon Hae-Hyo), complains that she should make money for her family and quit making movies that doesn't pay. At that time, Kim Ji-Wan receives a project to restore film for the late female director Hong Eun-Won’s movie "Female Judge." Hong Eun-Won was the second female director in South Korea and she worked during the 1960's. While restoring film for "Female Judge," Kim Ji-Wan discovers that there are missing parts of the movie. While trying to find the missing parts of the film, she traces the life of Hong Eun-Won.
