Chang-Wook (Han Suk-Kyu) is in his 40's. He works as a translator and a humanities instructor. His wife (Kim Seo-Hyung) suffers from terminal bowel cancer. She also has difficulties eating, because of digestive problem. She asks Chang-Wook to cook for her everyday, even though the only thing he knows how to make is ramen. Chang-Wook begins to cook for his wife and she eats little bits of his food, which he cooks with love and care.

The plot unfolds with this perfect blend of heartwarming moments and raw vulnerability, letting the characters navigate through their grief while finding comfort and connection. I found it cruel and beautiful whenever they were celebrating a happy moment while the over narration was delivering a heartbreaking news at the same time. Devastating! While most of the drama was great but every now and then there was an awkward piece of dialogue or an awkward shot that was just out of place.

Nazwa Mar 10 2023 3:03 pm this is my first review in this web i decided to watch this bcs han sukyu and food theme of the drama, then crying at 3 am in the end. love every cast, they all had good acting. just wanna say, seohyung is natural pretty and suitable w her character in the drama honestly after i finished i felt empty. i hope many ppl discover this underrated drama

anonymous Dec 19 2022 10:10 am What is this feeling??, I'm writing with tears flowing my cheeks. Found this drama by chance and not regretting any second of it. Nothing fancy but fill with food philosophy ft family touch and out of knowhere, tears flows.
