Tetsuo (Kiyohiko Shibukawa) is an indie filmmaker with a minor hit many years back. He leeches off of family and friends to make ends meet. One day, Tetsuo comes across a promising actress (Maya Okano) and a guy (Shugo Oshinari) with an interesting screenplay.
