Plot

Ko Bok-Su's (Yang Dong-Keun) life is a mess. After a difficult childhood and time in prison, fate leads him to Chun Kyung (Lee Na-Young of Who Are You? and Please Teach Me English). Bok-Su steals her wallet, but the chain reaction that follows from the act is both unpredictable and unforgettable. Ko Bok-Su embarks on a journey that ultimately touches the lives of all those around him, and will inspire and surprise even the most jaded K-drama fan!

Park Min Oct 27 2022 6:46 pm I absolutely love this director, it's been 10 years since his last project, I really hope he comes back to direct a modern drama. Yang Dong Geun and this director are the perfect match. I'mma say the obvious, they don't make them like this anymore. This is the earliest performance I've seen from Gong Hyo Jin so far and it's amazing, vibrant and full of life. The OST was straight up a certified banger! It's had been 1 eternity since I rated a drama 8.5 and it's well deserved.

amir Apr 13 2021 2:28 am when we compare the lines & scenes alongside acting of this classic & marvellous drama to todays kdrama,it all seems we have gone past and instead of a peaceful drama; today's drama are all working on viewers's endorphin release to bring excitement and cuteness with comedy instead of being real-life. both leader actresses did portrait their role well enough and as many mentioned below, Kong Hyo-Jin acting were remarkable as well in many scenes you could see her potential to become big one day.

ItMayBe Mar 31 2018 6:32 pm This drama may be "old" but really? It's TIMELESS. The performances and writing eclipse 90% of the K-dramas we watch today. Gong Hyo Jin basically steals the drama even though she was second female lead. Now the actress who was first female lead here has been forgotten but Gong Hyo Jin has become a star worldwide. Life is like that sometimes; she paid her dues and then this drama shot her to stardom. My favorite scene is when she finds out the boyfriend whom she stayed faithful to while he was in jail has in fact been cheating on her with another woman. Even if you don't watch this entire drama (your loss!) WATCH THAT SCENE! Brilliant acting par excellence.

Peter r May 10 2017 4:21 am I saw on Youtube many parts of this drama 'cuz of miss Kong Hyo-Jin. As always a wonderful and forthright, unsophisticated person. I love her acting ; she has only 22 years in this drama ! Great !!!
