Yoshio (Yuya Matsuura) and Mariko (Misa Wada) are brother and sister. Mariko has mental disability and often spends her days chained inside their house. Yoshio has a bad leg and has difficulties walking. When Yoshio loses his job, he gets the idea to turn his sister into a prostitute.
