As a woman with a strong sense of justice and is straightforward, Tsubasa Natsui (Haruka Fukuhara) works as a detective in the local precinct if a seaside town. She hopes to work in the First Investigation Division, which deals with violent crimes . One day, Tsubasa Natsui is suddenly transferred to the child guidance center. She is not happy with the transfer, but she begins to work as a rookie child welfare officer. She tries to be there for the kids who are in distress or in pain. She works with veteran child welfare officer Sosuke Kurata (Kento Hayashi). He becomes Tsubasa Natsui's mentor.
