Wakako (Kasumi Arimura) is the mother of two children. One day, she suddenly learns that her husband was involved in an embezzlement scheme and he was dismissed from work. Kiyoe (Haru Kuroki) is a researcher, who is burdened with 6 million yen in debt. Mayu (Sara Minami) is single and pregnant, but she doesn't have any savings at all. These 3 women happen to meet in Singapore by chance. To escape from their difficult situations, they, who look like ordinary women, become involved in a gold smuggling operation. Through their crime, they are able to escape their current circumstances. They share their crime as a secret, but cracks begin to appear in half a year.
Notes
- Movie is inspired by a true story. Six people were arrested after scheming to smuggle gold bars through Chubu Centrair International Airport in 2017.
