Chin May 15 2026 11:21 am All along I found the 2ML a bit annoying but I didn't really mind him. Except today when he used his position to get info from FL's colleague. As he himself said, if he asked FL she wouldn't tell him. I also found the FL quite annoying. Most of the time she has this dumb, lost look on her face. I feel like shaking her shoulders & telling her to wake up! Love Woojoo, the cutest & most loveable person in the drama!

A Mar 29 2026 8:03 am I don’t get the hate, because I really love this drama. I almost dropped it when I saw the negative comments here, but I’m glad I didn’t. Honestly, I can’t even hate the second male lead, he’s such a good guy, which is why I understand why Hyun Jin entertained him. Lol.

Woo Joo is sooo cute, I hope to see him in more dramas. And Bae In Hyuk, what a great actor! Also, love the neighbors <3

Ghost Mar 20 2026 9:27 am Dropped it after ep 10. As soon as ep11 began and the 2ML watched the babys performance, I knew the rest would be a waste of time. I will never watch anything that has the FL and 2ML. Just Bae In-hyuks and other supporting actors. The neighbors and friends were amazing. Really aweful storyline and awkward 2ML. Both FL and 2ML are horrible actors and really aweful to watch.

Ajs Mar 17 2026 6:19 am Incredible concept! Boring execution with rubbish acting/ story/character development. Lead girl cannot act to save her life, second male lead was so bloody irritating and got way too much screen time. It has such a strong story but was really let by all that’s mentioned above. It would have done great if it was made 10-15years ago when k-dramas weren't pandering to rubbish beauty standards and chased authenticity instead. The only good characters were the supporting characters and the male lead and ,they barely got any screen time. So so so so disappointing!

I completely agree with what many said, the whole love triangle with the former college senior/now boss was so unnecessary… From the trailer it seemed that this show would be about these two young people brought together by unfortunate circumstances trying to raise a baby. The actual show was like 10% that and 90% who was going to be the “chosen” one… just disappointing…

2. I don’t often talk about people’s appearance but Roh Jeong-eui was unrecognizable! She looked nothing like how she looked like in 18 again… No one changes that much in 5-6 years. She doesn’t look bad, don’t get me wrong, she’s pretty but she also looks unhealthily skinny… hope she’s doing well though. That said, I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed how much she’s changed.

3. Wish Choi Gyu-ri had a bigger role. Loved her in “marry my husband” so much I watched it twice just for her <3 She literally carried the show with her performance =)

I am already on episode 10 and yet he is still dating her! He keeps on appearing, i had to fast forward his unnecessary scenes! He even went to Woo-Joo’s daycare event than ML who is the uncle and more deserving. Please no more 2nd ML on episode 11-12!

amy Mar 09 2026 7:40 pm I saw the bad comments but I didn't get it at first because I was actually enjoying the show, but the more eps I finish the more ridiculous it becomes!!!!!! Why in the world the 2nd ML gets the most in this drama?!?!?! So unnecessary scenes!!! I skipped literally every time they go on a date! I was expecting more of the main leads together raising the baby. I have been a kdrama fan for 10+ years and I know on the last ep they will put together what we wanted this whole time, but still there was no slow burn at all between the 2 main leads, it's basically the FL + 2nd ML. So Disappointing!!! It would've been drama of the year.

sevany Mar 09 2026 8:31 am The worst drama of the year. The second lead takes up almost the entire scene and it's disgusting and the acting is terrible, the female lead's acting is also very bad. The story doesn't develop, Woo Jo and Samchoon look like extras. This drama seems to only use Woo Joo and Samchoon's fame to boost the second lead's career. I regret watching it, it was a complete waste of time.

I was expecting the story, at least based on the marketing, to be about main leads learning to coparent. Instead it was about the FL stringing along 2 good guys.

I was expected the last episode 9 in the end it's uncle tae hyeong but the worst is the 2nd male lead I don't like the drama anymore. I know that it will be the down/loss of their rate when I watched the ep 9 and it's true I concluded you disappoint the viewers to much. ???

Notinsunbaesuniverse Mar 04 2026 7:16 pm Probably the worst written Kdrama of the decade to date. Everything that could have went wrong did go wrong except for the casting & performances of our child actors and Bae In-Hyuk.

No-one should watch this drama beyond episode 3-4. It's not even a show where being "bad" makes it a fun watch or at least easy to watch.

The synposis and pre-release informations do not match what has been happening in this show at all anymore. Call it false advertising , call it misleading - either way it's insanity.

The directing is weak but that doesn't even matter because the writing is so asinine and awful that it usurps all other issues and problems one can have with this show.

No clue what kind of power plays/dynamics are happening behind the scenes but there must be some weird thing going on with the 2nd Male Lead because he is the primary focus of half the show now and he gets all the actual 1st Lead scenes, moments and shots.

If i remember correctly the 2nd Lead was barely advertised prior to the show starting and all of a sudden was introduced not as a supporting actor but a Lead Actor while being given the most bland supporting character to work with. He literally has no background/meaning/existence outside of his interactions with the female lead. We only see him at work or in flashbacks to his university days with the FL. He either is homeless or lives in his car. He has no friends, family or even past romantic interests (despite being this great/successful office worker that every female employee swoons over). He somehow manages to not even have hobbies or anything going on outside of work as can be seen by him literally always either keeping in the office late (with no work actually being done by him) or visiting the FL every day off.

Tldr: do not recommend

Now this SL thinks he is so handsome that he can get on with the FL. Just cant watch him any longer, not likeable. I will have to skip these boring eps

Two strangers with their own trauma and sadness suddenly have to take care of a child, still struggling to make a living and have a career, a love triangle, wanting to show that raising children isn't just a woman's job, first love, annoying family members, healing from wounds. And typical Korean dramas that ultimately emphasize the love triangle. Even though there's so much more that can be explored from this drama.. I always skip every scene with the second male lead. Because there are too many. We don't need that much, we already understand. Even the male lead's screen time is lacking, giving a lot of impressions. Many conditions are too forced, coincidences, this coincidence, that coincidence, but that's what drama is all about. Still following because it's entering the storyline I've been waiting for, about the story of the male lead's family that hasn't been revealed since the beginning. Also, the male lead's acting explores a lot of emotions, unfortunately it's not matched by the co-stars.

L.S Feb 28 2026 6:54 am the same shit happened during cheer up days.. unknown actor who poped up out of nowhere and wasn't even encluded in the promotions was taking all the screentime and special moments and you guys were all hyping just because he was some cool guy (he was a red flag)..now you have to experience that bad feeling as well what a bad management that inhyuk is getting ..now i'm scared of watching anything of him as a "supposed " ml

I don't know what they wanted to portray or what kind of story flow they were going for. the plot just revolves around the second lead having a romantic storyline with the female lead. we don't need a love triangle, it just complicates and messes up the story.

because they should’ve focused more on woojoo – he’s the main character after all. that’s why the title is 'our universe' – to put it simply, it’s like it’s 'our woojoo'. but now, samchon and woojoo are getting way less screentime too – all because most of the attention and screentime goes to the second lead.

only four episodes left, but the main leads still don’t have any romantic moments – not even a kissing scene. only one of them has confessed so far. when will they finally get some romantic moments if the series is almost over? the writers are always focusing on sunbae and hyunjin’s love story. they thought we’d like the love triangle, but we don’t – it’s just annoying. I don’t want to drop this series – I’m really only watching it because of samchon and woojoo.

And for love line it's like a bonus, Hyunjin and Taehyung love each other because they get used together. Let's see how the ending get messed up coz the story get chopped too much for 2nd lead.

We love seeing the interaction between him and his uncle so much. We want to see more about his uncle and aunt working together as family, but aunty is always busy with his sunbae instead of her family.

Well, we don't care about Park Yoon Seong !!! We don't care.....!!!

darkknight Feb 20 2026 5:51 pm Till episode 6, they have turned this show into some love triangle which is real shame because show's premise was really interesting as how in-laws who are not on good terms will take care of a kid together. They could've done more character building for people living in their society and how these two in-laws navigate through their new challenge instead we got a not so required love triangle. It's not that I hate love triangle's in particular it's just that in this situation they could've avoided this and done more in other aspects of the show. And don't even get me started on 2nd girl like they didn't even bother to show anything about her other than she's just there to solve FL's love problem. Anyway still looking forward for this show now that I'm invested in this.
