Woo So-Jeong (Lee Bo-Young) is a doctor. Even though it is illegal, she helps terminally ill patients, who are suffering from pain, with euthanasia. She does this with Dr.
Choi Dae-Hyun (Kang Ki-Young). Detective Jo Hyun-Woo (Lee Min-Ki) works to track them down. Jo Hyun-Woo is a terminally ill patient with a brain tumor.
