mahee Dec 14 2024 1:35 pm i believe season 3 is coming soon. a lot of things hanging for me.. detective park (could be) the one who wear a watch as same as the unknown person on the myungjun's car accident scene, ahn jonghyeok is missing after escaped with myungjun & yong-gil, what happen to yoon chae-ok's najin that given to kuroko's girlfriend, and seungjo started to distribute najin mineral water.. and ofc i want master jang and chae-ok be together :(

PSJ Fan Oct 25 2024 7:31 pm The only reason I watched this series (part 1 and 2) is because I love Park Seo Joon. Horror really is not my genre. Be warned that the gore and malevolence are extreme and nausea-inducing. Maybe the writers want us to believe that, even in the face of overwhelming evil, “love wins all”—but if that’s the case, it won’t happen until part 3. Maybe it’s all a metaphor for the behavior of the power-hungry people in this world. In any case, I found most of this story revolting, with few redeeming qualities other than people who actually tried to help each other despite dire circumstances.

irish Oct 15 2024 1:41 pm Gyeongseong creature s2 was good but not as good as the s1. I’m glad it’s not disappointing like sweet home. My only complain was the ending like can’t they at least give taesang and chaeok a happy moments together after fighting those monsters since 1945??? And i hate that chaeok forgot everything. They deserve a happy ending!

Kio Oct 09 2024 6:46 am I tried to like it but I just don't. The chemistry for the lead couple, even during S1 is lacking for me, I can see that they are acting, and working hard but idk why.

Is the directing, the storyline. I just kept noticing everyone's acting well, but I can get into the story.

Maybe the cinematography? It's also always too dark, I mean, I've watched other movies/series that took place at night, or underground, indoors, etc. but it was still pleasing to the eye, to watch. I know they wanted to do it for the suspense, but idk, it's like dull, dark & hard to watch, for me. Which is a disappointment, given that there are a lot (& good) action sequences.

See, I notice that too, great acting, great action sequences, the effects are good, but I still didn't like it. Maybe I have high expectations too, that's why.

After season1 ended it was the most anticipated season2 for me but this time I don’t feel excited for season3 even thou I will probably watch it anyway

I don't usually watch this kind of stuff, what you call this, as if fantasy genre, thing that is impossible in real thing. But this story line was so great and the best cast! Nik Oct 01 2024 3:58 pm Just finished S2 in 2 days. The continuity to S1 is great, it is really captivating and dark. I like S1 more because it has more and longer eps, also the mood and the way the environment/time is depicted is much better. S2 is kinda rushing through things, but it does not really happend in a bad way, but since it's only 7 eps, a lot of things are missing that I would have liked to see.

It looks like there will be S3, I'm curious and look forward to it :)

Mi mi mi Oct 01 2024 3:48 am I hate how existed I get for a Season 2 and it disappoints me. I expected too much for a drama that blow my mind at season 1 with it's storyline and soundtrack. It was so dull and didn't give off any reason for a season 2, I am disappointed to say the least and the end wasn't it for me. I rather have a kdrama like vagabond that will tease me each two years for a rerun but will not cause it gives me a euphoria of a beautiful piece of work. PSJ don't try this nonsense again xoxoxo

Although it’s quite rushed and crammed into 7 episodes series, but I still think it’s a great masterpiece. The thrilling essence doesn’t leave the drama’s concept. But it left us wondering why all these Najin-infested people doesn’t use their tentacles except for Seung Jo. Maybe because they hide/suppress the monstrous side of them, so they’re like not full-blown creatures? I dunno. Or, if they use their tentacles, they might not return to their original human shape? Maybe. Still 9/10 for me. Love it!

Wendie Sep 28 2024 6:51 pm Spoilers ahead and slight rant lol Overall, I liked season 2 more than season 1 because I think this kind of concept suits modern society much better and if season 2 was longer, it could’ve been even better. A lot of the relationships felt forced because there wasn’t enough time to dive into them like Seung Jo and Tae Sang/Ho Jae’s relationship,Yong Gil’s relationship with Maeda and Tae Sang/ Ho Jae, and even Kuroko 01’s relationship with Jeonseung Bio! These characters were way too committed but we get no back story so I didn’t really feel anything. And that ending was way too rushed and underwhelming. Like what about that Detective Park’s attempt at murdering Myung Jin or why did they never talk about how it looked like Tae Sang/Ho Jae bludgeoned Yong Gil??? And poor Jong Hyeok, he technically only has 2 futures; to go to jail and possibly for the rest of his life or get experimented on if the public finds out about what happened to him, and all this just because he wanted to walk again. His grandma didn’t even seem that worried about him, there were only 2-3 scenes of her being concerned. And like SerialKdramaWatcher mentioned, why are they only using fists when they should all have tentacles??? Like why is Kuroko 01 using a sword or why was Chae Ok pulling out 2 knives??? The best thing this season was definitely the background music in certain scenes.

This show needed a S2, but this quality is definitely not it. Unconvincing and messy storyline. Not sold on the aching romance scenes (though well acted). CGI effects are messily intregrated with the fight scene. Where are my monsters vs monsters fight scenes with tentacles flying around, why are they only using fists?
