Sun-Deok (Cheetah) is an aspiring singer, working under the stage name of Blue. She receives a surprise visit from her estranged mother (Jo Min-Soo). Sun-Deok learns from her mother that her younger sister Yuri ran off her mother's deposit money and also her emergency fund. The mother and daughter duo begin a search for Yuri in the Itaewon area of Seoul.
