Choong-Gil (Kim Choong-Gil) is an 18-year-old high school student. Even though he lacks talent in wrestling, he is in love with the sport. Choong-Gil is on his school's wrestling team and he is the only member of the wrestling team.
Sang-Gyoo (Ko Sung-Hwan), who used to be Choong-Gil’s wrestling coach, now works as a bus driver. Choong-Gil’s friend Jin-Kwon (Baek Seung-Hwan) now does manual labor work to send his mother to her home country of the Philippines. Choong-Gil asks Sang-Gyoo and Jin-Kwon to join the wrestling team again as coach and wrestler.
Finally, Sang-Gyoo and Jin-Kwon accept Choong-Gil's request. They begin to train hard for the National Sports Festival. Choong-Gil hopes to win one game in the preliminary round.
